Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains what data we collect, the purposes and legal bases, who we share it with, and your rights under the GDPR (Regulation (EU) 2016/679).
Data controller
TREINA is the controller of your personal data. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at privacidade@treinaapp.com.
Data we collect
Account and profile: name, email, language, country and your training profile (goal, weekly frequency). Activity: recorded workouts, validations and weekly consistency. With your permission and only when you use specific features: location during outdoor workouts, health data from Apple Health or Health Connect, and contacts to find friends. Payment: handled by Apple, Google or Stripe; we do not store your card details. Device and diagnostics: technical identifiers and crash reports to keep the app stable.
Purposes and legal bases
We process your data to: provide the service and manage your account (contract); compute your rhythm, validate workouts and prevent fraud (legitimate interest and contract); process Premium subscriptions (contract); send reminders and communications (consent or legitimate interest, with opt-out); and improve the app through analytics (consent).
Sharing with third parties (subprocessors)
We only share data with providers that help us operate the service, under data processing agreements: Apple and Google (in-app purchases), Stripe (web payments), RevenueCat (subscription management), Firebase Cloud Messaging (notifications), Resend (emails), Sentry (error diagnostics), PostHog (product analytics) and Railway (hosting). We do not sell your personal data.
International transfers
We prefer providers processing data within the European Union. Where data is processed outside the European Economic Area, we ensure appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.
Data retention
We keep your data while your account is active. After you delete your account, we erase or anonymise personal data within a reasonable period, except where law requires us to retain records (for example, billing).
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, export (portability), restrict, object to processing and delete your data. You can export and delete your account directly in the app settings, or contact us at privacidade@treinaapp.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority.
Account deletion
You can delete your account at any time in Settings → Account → Delete account, or request deletion by email. See the account deletion page for the step by step and what gets removed.
Minimum age
TREINA is intended for users aged 16 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from younger children; if we become aware, we delete the information.
Security
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access control and data minimisation. No system is fully infallible, but we continuously work to keep it secure.
Changes
We may update this policy. For relevant changes, we will notify you through the app or website.
