Rhythm protections
They are the safety net for your consistency. When you miss the weekly goal, TREINA acts in this order to protect your streak:
- First, it uses your recovery days for the week.
- If those aren't enough, it uses a monthly rhythm protection.
- You receive a new protection every month.
- Only when none of this is enough does the streak reset.
