Delete your TREINA account

You can delete your account and associated data at any time. This page explains how to do it and what happens to your data.

Delete in the app (recommended)

Open the TREINA app and go to Settings → Account → Delete account. Confirm when prompted. Your account and associated personal data are removed.

Delete by request

If you cannot access the app, email a deletion request to privacidade@treinaapp.com from your account email. We verify identity and process the request.

What gets deleted

We delete your profile, workouts, social activity, settings and progress data. Subscriptions must be cancelled in the App Store, Google Play or web portal; deleting your account does not automatically cancel an active store subscription.

What may be retained

We may keep a minimal set of records where required by law (for example, billing) or to prevent fraud and abuse, for the strictly necessary period.

Timeline

In-app deletion is immediate. Email requests are typically processed within a few business days.
