By creating an account or using TREINA you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully.
Acceptance of terms
These terms govern your access to and use of the TREINA app and website. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Eligibility and account
You must be at least 16 years old and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for all activity under it.
Premium subscription, trial and renewal
TREINA Premium is an auto-renewing subscription. On iOS and Android, purchase and management happen through the App Store or Google Play; on the web, through Stripe. Where applicable, a free trial automatically converts into a paid subscription at the end of the trial unless cancelled. Payment is charged upon confirmation and at each renewal. You can cancel any time in the store settings (Apple/Google) or the web management portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, with no refund for the current period unless required by law.
Health and medical disclaimer
TREINA supports sustainable training habits and does not provide medical advice. Consult a health professional before starting or changing an exercise plan. You train at your own risk.
Acceptable use and validation
You agree not to defraud the workout validation, rhythm or reward systems. Workouts are validated automatically to keep the product fair; we may review, flag as suspicious or reject activity that breaks these rules.
User content
You keep ownership of the content you create (notes, workout cards). You grant us a limited licence to display it within the service as you choose (for example, profile or sharing).
Intellectual property
The TREINA brand, software and content are protected. You may not copy, modify or distribute the service without authorisation.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, TREINA is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits rights granted to you as a consumer by law.
Termination
You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts in Portugal, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer.
