How do I delete my account?

In Settings → Account → Delete account, in the app. You can also request by email. See the account deletion page for details.

How do I manage or cancel Premium?

On iOS, in the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions). On Android, in Google Play (Payments and subscriptions). If you subscribed on the web, use the management portal from the Premium screen.

A workout is under review. Why?

Some workouts are reviewed automatically to keep the product fair. Keep training as usual; valid workouts count towards your rhythm.

I forgot my password.

On the sign-in screen, tap "Forgot password" and follow the instructions sent by email.
